Course Objectives:

Being able to plan, lead, organize, and control organization resources in the area of marketing, finance, human resources and production. Also preparing graduates with capabilities in information technology and entrepreneurial skills. Comprehend in any aspects of management in traditional and modern-islamic financial institutions.



The graduates will be in own value and attitudes in knowledge, intelligence, skill and abilities as professionals in the field of management. The graduate will be able to make business analysis, providing problem solving and business solution.



The business management program of UMB strikes a perfect balance between theoretical and practical work. Our students are acquainted with the science of economics, psychology, logic and operation engineering – all of which serve as the backset of the practical knowledge that a good manager needs to possess. These practical skills are continuously developed with the help of our highly esteemed faculty members through project assignments, internship programs and student competitions.



Our students will acquire the fundamental knowledge of how organizations work. They will learn the theoretical background of managing an organization (operation, human resource, finance, and marketing). They will earn practical skills of analytical thinking, problem solving, decision making, presenting and salesmanship. They will develop a confident and motivated personality with a willingness to initiate and the ability make firm decisions.
The degree program has a strong focus on foreign language skills. To graduate from the program, students have to reach an IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 80 score and will have to reach an intermediate level of Japanese, Mandarin or Spanish. To achieve this, students are given an extracurricular English course with a native speaker for 4 semesters (without additional costs) and an intensive language course of the language of their choice (Japanese, Mandarin or Spanish).
