Prof Saroso has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Queensland. He is an expert in mechancial engineering. His professorship received in 2015. Currently he is appointed as a Vice Rector of Innovation, Alumni and International Relations. Previously, he was Vice Rector of academics and student affairs. His recent publication includes Complying Education Accreditation Using Balanced Score Card Approach, The Industrial Policy Impacts on the Industry Competitiveness: Indonesia Case, Decision Making Models For Quality Improvement, Product Quality Improvement. In the last 10 years he focus on the area of Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Engineering, Quality Management, Manfacturing Engineering.

Dr. Ika graduated from technology of industrial agriculture and industrial management. Currently she is appointed as a Head of Industrial Engineering at Universitas Mercu Buana. Her publication includes Implementation of Lean Service with Value Stream Mapping at Directorate Airworthiness and Aircraft Operation, Ministry of Transportation Republic of Indonesia, Analysis of Critical Success Factor for ERP Implementation to Achieve Competitive Advantage. She focus on the area of management and audit.
