• Passport with valid 18 Months for 1 year, 30 montsh for 2 year.

• e-HAC (Health Clearance) can be obtained in Pedulilindungi Apps on Apple store or Play store
• Health Certificate (PCR), clearance you clear from Covid-19 must be in English
• Statement Letter in English to state be able quarantine if PCR checking giving the (+) Positive result or showing the symptoms of Covid-19
• Statement Letter in English to state be able to monitor and evaluate checking within quarantine days.
• Proof of having a medical assurance if affected Covid-19.
